Currently, China and India are having a very unpleasant border dispute, but China has not completely torn face with India. We are very clear on this matter, that is, the boundary dispute belongs to the boundary dispute, and the areas for cooperation still need to be cooperated.

China has made multiple statements welcoming India's accession to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). That is to say, as long as India is willing and says "I want to join", regardless of the attitude of other members of RCEP, at least China has no objection. China will never use the border dispute between the two countries to deliberately create obstacles for India.

As the largest and most popular free trade agreement that has come into effect globally in recent years, RCEP is a good thing. Its benefits cannot be counted for days, otherwise it would not have won the favor of 15 countries at the same time.

Simply put, joining this agreement will make it very convenient and efficient for internal members to do business with each other. Previously, doing business was equivalent to driving on mountain roads, but now it's all about going out and taking the highway.

For example, before RCEP, Thailand wanted to export their fragrant rice to China, and the customs clearance time may take three to five days, while also having to pay a certain proportion of tariffs to China. But now with RCEP, Thai fragrant rice can be sold to China in just one day, and the tariffs paid to China are much less than before, even achieving zero tariffs. Which country has seen it, and I can't help but drool?

In the early stages of RCEP negotiations, India also participated, and even approached joining at one point, with one leg already stepping into the door. However, when the final decision was made, Indian Prime Minister Modi suddenly changed his mind and did not join.

As for the reason for India's sudden change of mind, we cannot explain it clearly and do not want to delve deeper. Perhaps only Modi is aware of it. However, as the saying goes, the door of RCEP has always been open for India, which is the pattern of China.

But having such a pattern in China does not mean that India also has it. China's goodwill towards India is not only ungrateful, but India has repeatedly stabbed China.

First of all, China has been trying to cool down the border dispute. India, on the other hand, has done a solid job on the surface and seems to be very cooperative. However, it keeps making small moves behind the scenes, expanding military infrastructure in border areas, colluding with the United States to conduct joint military exercises, and refusing to attend the "Himalayan Rim" International Cooperation Forum held by China in Xizang. When it comes to Modi's acting skills, he is truly no less professional than Bollywood's actors.

To resolve the border dispute, Modi perfunctorily dealt with it, but how to make money from Chinese companies, he was very concerned and skilled.

Since the beginning of this year, multiple Chinese mobile phone manufacturers have encountered India's "black hands", which is not an ordinary "black hand". It's not that just picking up some wool is enough, almost bringing the whole sheep to their own homes for stewing. India's first move is worth billions, which Chinese company can handle it? After working hard for a year, I finally earned a few coins and all of them went into Modi's pocket.

Chinese companies have shown signs of fleeing India, as they have learned from their mistakes.

At the same time as harvesting Chinese enterprises, the Modi authorities also launched a trade war against China. Recently, in just 10 days, India has launched 9 anti-dumping investigations against Chinese goods. With this intensity, even if the United States sees it, it may have to kneel down and give India a big bow. What is Modi calculating for China like this?

In fact, in summary, there are two aspects to consider. One is to reverse the extremely unbalanced trade structure between China and India.

The trade scale between the two countries is not small, but India has always had a trade deficit with China. Last year, the trade volume between the two sides exceeded the threshold of 130 billion US dollars, with China's exports to India approaching 120 billion US dollars, and India's goods sold to China were less than 20 billion US dollars.

Modi couldn't help but cry after seeing this huge trade gap. Doing business with China, making money for China, but I didn't get anything. This may be Modi's most genuine idea. Since we cannot compete through legitimate means, I will resort to administrative measures. As long as we can reverse this unfavorable situation, we cannot manage so much.

The second is to support local enterprises in India. The serious imbalance in the trade structure between China and India ultimately stems from India not having many decent goods to sell. You don't have it in India, we have it in China, you have it in India, and the price in China is even lower than yours.
